Introduction

Products
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from sale at any time. We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. If an error in the price of Products you have ordered is identified, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Consumer Rights and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.
Returns and Refunds
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied.
Delivery
We will deliver the Products to the address you specify in your order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products that is caused by an event outside our control.

All intellectual property rights in the Products and on our website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not use such intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
